Healing is not one-size-fits-all. That’s why I offer three distinct yet interconnected paths of support, each one designed to meet you where you are. Whether you're looking for therapy, whole-person coaching, or nervous system and energy healing, you'll receive my full presence, training, and heart.

These aren’t separate modalities, they’re part of one deeply integrative approach. We simply begin with the doorway that makes the most sense for you.

THERAPY

A trauma-informed, somatic-based approach to psychotherapy for women. Rooted in safety, compassion, and your natural capacity to heal. We explore what’s arising in your life, whether it’s anxiety, burnout, emotional eating, or transitions, and tend to it through grounded conversation, body-based practices, and intuitive insights.

COACHING

For women seeking a more expansive path of personal growth. Coaching offers a safe, sacred container to explore patterns, build self-trust, and create soul-aligned shifts. Our sessions may include somatic awareness, intuitive tools, and integration practices to support nervous system healing and whole-life transformation.

What Coaching Can Support:

  • Feeling stuck in perfectionism or performance

  • Emotional eating or body image challenges

  • Burnout and nervous system dysregulation

  • Self-doubt, disconnection, or fear of being seen

  • Coaching-based conversation with therapeutic depth

Coaching is available to clients in all locations. We work virtually over a set number of sessions (see Coaching page for package details).

ENERGY HEALING

Sometimes the body speaks what the mind cannot. Energy healing sessions offer deep rest and recalibration. Using modalities like Reiki, Marma Therapy, sound, and breath, we release stagnation and support your body’s natural rhythm. Available as standalone sessions or integrated into your healing journey.

Why Energy Healing?

  • You feel emotionally or energetically stuck

  • You’re experiencing burnout, fatigue, or overwhelm

  • You’re craving stillness, connection, or spiritual reset

Modalities I Offer:

  • Reiki: Gentle hands-on or distance healing for emotional release and deep relaxation

  • Marma Therapy: Ancient Ayurvedic practice using energy points to restore vitality

  • Sound Healing: Tibetan singing bowls, tuning forks, and vibrational frequencies to calm the mind and regulate the nervous system

  • Breathwork: Conscious breathing to move energy and release emotional blockages

What to Expect:

  • 60-minute in-person or virtual session

  • Centering, intuitive conversation, and guided healing experience

  • Optional integration tools or follow-up practices

While our work together can focus on whatever you’re going through, one of my specialities is helping women heal their relationship with food, body, and self through a compassionate, holistic approach. Our work goes beyond dieting or willpower, focusing instead on uncovering the emotional roots of eating patterns, softening self-judgment, and building lasting self-trust. Through mindful practices, somatic tools, and nervous system support, I guide my clients to reconnect with their hunger, fullness, and satisfaction cues, release the grip of diet culture, and discover kinder ways to cope with stress. My goal is to help women feel safe, nourished, and at home in their bodies, while finding a sustainable sense of balance and freedom in their lives.
