I provide integrative psychotherapy for women who are ready to heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves.

What sessions may include:

  • Somatic practices and nervous system regulation

  • Expressive tools: wild writing, art, ritual

  • Body trust and intuitive eating support

  • Flower essences, Reiki, or oracle card insights

Sessions are available in-person in West Hartford or via telehealth. Insurance and private pay options available.

My work blends traditional talk therapy with somatic and expressive practices including mindfulness, body-centered exercises, wild writing, and intuitive tools like Oracle cards or flower essences. I do not view my clients through a lens of illness or dysfunction; I see you as whole, even when parts of you feel lost or broken.
